Our Employee Volunteering Program is at the heart of our commitment towards community engagement and sustainability efforts. For over a decade, it has empowered employees to support the communities we serve. It fosters collaboration, employee well-being, and corporate social responsibility, reinforcing our vision of a better, more sustainable future. Our employees participate in tree plantation drives, responsible e-waste management, and awareness campaigns that promote sustainable living, encouraging greener practices in both work and personal lives. We also encourage our teams to embrace eco-friendly habits and reduce plastic waste. Unique to our program, employees who lead impactful projects, introduce innovative volunteering ideas, or contribute significant hours are recognized through our Rewards & Recognition system, fostering a culture of purpose-driven engagement. In the past three years, are proud to have contributed 591,470 volunteer hours to initiatives that uplift our communities and drive meaningful change.
