Rural Women Entrepreneurship
Bajaj Electrical Foundation is committed to promoting traditional handloom in Bihar by strengthening skill development, enhancing production capacities, and creating sustainable livelihood opportunities for weavers and women engaged in cotton spinning. Through fair wages, livelihood support through loom production, and the development of strong market linkages, the initiative seeks to improve economic empowerment while preserving India’s rich handloom heritage.

Employee Volunteering
Our Employee Volunteering Program is at the heart of our commitment towards community engagement and sustainability efforts. For over a decade, it has empowered employees to support the communities we serve. It fosters collaboration, employee well-being, and corporate social responsibility, reinforcing our vision of a better, more sustainable future. Our employees participate in tree plantation drives, responsible e-waste management, and awareness campaigns that promote sustainable living, encouraging greener practices in both work and personal lives. We also encourage our teams to embrace eco-friendly habits and reduce plastic waste. Unique to our program, employees who lead impactful projects, introduce innovative volunteering ideas, or contribute significant hours are recognized through our Rewards & Recognition system, fostering a culture of purpose-driven engagement. In the past three years, we are proud to have contributed 58,389 volunteer hours to initiatives that uplift our communities and drive meaningful change. Together, we are shaping a future where corporate social responsibility and sustainability are integral to our Corporate’s Vision.

Project Green Energy: Lighting Up Lives
Our solar electrification projects address energy poverty and environmental sustainability by providing clean, reliable, and affordable electricity to underserved communities. In collaboration with local stakeholders, NGOs, and government agencies, we install solar panels, energy storage systems, and distribution networks tailored to community needs. This initiative improves healthcare, education, and overall quality of life. To date, we have successfully implemented solar electrification at 16 Anganwadi centers, 26 government schools, 1 primary healthcare center and 200 households, benefiting over 4,300 students and 1,000+ individuals. These projects ensure reliable power for lighting, cooling, and essential services, transforming learning and healthcare environments.
Project Nature Restoration
We actively engage our employees in tree plantation and urban forestation initiatives, fostering a strong culture of environmental responsibility across the organisation. Working in collaboration with local community-based organisations and NGOs, we amplify the reach and impact of these efforts. Our focus remains on planting native tree species that are well-suited to the local climate and ecosystem, ensuring long-term survival while preserving ecological balance. The urban forestation projects are implemented across educational institutions, public spaces, and community areas. Over the past three years, we have planted over 1,50,000 trees, enhancing green cover and contributing meaningfully to a more sustainable and greener India.

CSR Best Project Award Quality Assurance team
The CSR Best Project Award was presented to our Quality Assurance team, led by Mr. Subhash Shukla, along with the CSR Champion Mr. Kiran Thakur, for their impactful employee volunteering project under Shiksha Vikas. Through this project, the team provided infrastructure support, conducted awareness sessions and donated sports & educational items to 14 schools in the states of Maharashtra, Gujarat, Telangana, Haryana, Uttarakhand, and Kolkata, benefiting over 4,000 students
